Most Beautiful Non Finalist Face/Hair This award is given to the Delegate NOT among the Top 15 with the most expressive and alluring face/hair. All other elements of this delegate are not part of the criteria for judging this competition. Judges are simply looking for the delegate with the most beautiful face/hair - sort of like a "Miss Photogenic" *judges are asked to cast 2 votes for this competition. they may choose two delegates or if they feel strongly about one favorite, they can cast their 2 votes directly towards that one delegate.
Most Beautiful Non Finalist Gown This award is given to the Delegate NOT among the Top 15 with the most Beautiful Gown. Accessories can also be part of this award but face and hair is not a criteria for judging this competition. Judges are simply looking for a gown that is elegant and Captivating. *judges are asked to choose 2 delegates for this competition. they may choose two delegates or if they feel strongly about one favorite, they can cast their 2 votes directly towards that one delegate.
Haute-Couture Non Finalist Doll This award is given to the Delegate NOT among the Top 15 with the most Original Gown. Judges are specifically looking for a gown that epitomizes "Haute-Couture." Simplicity is not part of the criteria for judging this competition. Judges are looking for an ensemble that exemplifies "trendy" or "Funky" - something one may see as the highlight on a fashion show's runway! *judges are asked to choose 2 delegates for this competition. they may choose two delegates or if they feel strongly about one favorite, they can cast their 2 votes directly towards that one delegate.
Most Exotic Non Finalist Doll This award is given to the Delegate NOT among the Top 15 with the most Exotic Gown. This is very different from the Haute Couture Award in that the criteria for judging this competition is to seek out the delegate that seems to have captured her nation's flavor. The outfit may be authentic, traditional, dramatic and elaborate. *judges are asked to choose 2 delegates for this competition. they may choose two delegates or if they feel strongly about one favorite, they can cast their 2 votes directly towards that one delegate.
