• From the Pacific West Coast comes a very cutting edge contestant in an extremely unique haute-couture design.

• Miss Oregon 2003 wears a two-piece gown that begins with an asymmetrical one sleeve top in 100% silk watercolor print in baby blues and plums.

• Top is cinched at waist on left side creating a very flattering effect. Where material has been cinched, three loop strands of top’s rich silk have been added complete with two dangling “ties” of gorgeous silk plum satin.

• Where top dips lowest, two hand beaded tiers of mixed bugles, rondelles and seed beads have been added.

• Top has been gorgeously enhanced with hand beadwork in various shaped sequins and seed beads in matching shades of light blues and plums.

• Where left breast would normally be exposed a custom dyed periwinkle lace flower has been added and decorated with hand-sewn matching beadwork.

• A slim skirt in lush deep silk satin plum has been adorned at hem asymmetrically with hand-sewn beadwork in same sequins and seed beads used on top.

• Choker and bracelet of same custom dyed lace flowers also hand beaded. Button earrings of sky blue Swarovski crystal rhinestone rondelles.
