sightseeing around kansas city - this
is union station - a really cool place with an incredible history. at the
time of its opening in 1914, it was known as the 2nd largest train station
in the country. it was also famed for "the kansas city massacre" in 1933.
this place is a must see when in k.c. - it houses restaurants, shopping,
museums, and even a planeterium! (or plane-erium if you watch southpark) |
across from union station is the one
and only monument and museum dedicated to the first world war.
