Miss Oregon turns heads in her sexy evening halter style evening gown of sheer nude organza.

Gown is completely sheer from neck to knees where it is overtaken by an asymmetrical flounce of 100% silk charmeuse in white.

Gown has been gorgeously and delicately hand-beaded in drizzling stripes of mixed sequins and seed beads in white, crystal and clear.

Beadwork is concentrated on right side of gown and is heaviest along hips and where silk charmeuse meets organza.

This striped pattern of hand-sewn beadwork continues on silk skirting as well.

Neck has been beautifully completed with individually hand-sewn ostrich, marabou and other feathers in primarily white with some gray accenting.

Feathers are shaped to fall mostly right, sometimes left and frames face perfectly.

Tiny tufts and individual hand-sewn feathers have been added to both front and back of bodice and become heaviest at waist where feathers have been hand-sewn onto a band and shaped to shift left.

More feathers adorn the entire front of gown as well as along white charmeuse bottom.

In addition, scattered genuine Swarovski crystal rhinestones have been added for further sparkle.

A thick bracelet in white organza has been covered with airy tufts of hand-sewn white marabou and features several strands of hand-beaded fringe in crystal rondelles, bugle beads and seed beads.

Hair has been adorned with shimmering rhinestone charms at front and back and fanned hair has been bedecked with sparkling genuine Swarovski crystal rhinestones.
