born in croatia and raised in bosnia and hercegovina, zlatan zukanovic came to the united states at the age of 10. since then he's lived in los angeles and considers it his home. always being interested in the arts, he grew up taking advantage of various art programs that were available. he got a degree in interactive media design in 2004 and is now an editor at mattel. when he started in 2009, he had no idea it would be a dream job he was looking for all along. mattel opened all kinds of door for him. working so closely with barbie, he got the collecting bug and has an impressive collection that only took 2 years to form. his love for barbie is so strong that he even has her very first ensemble (zebra bathing suit, glasses, and mules) tattooed on his arm.
