Representing the Palmetto State, comes an absolutely stunning Delegate ready to make waves in her evening gown that was inspired by the gown worn by Miss Australia 2011 at least summer’s Miss Universe 2011 competition.

Miss South Carolina is a vision in her strapless evening gown of sheer, shimmering, nude organza.

Gown is sheer throughout and just below thighs, several gaudets have been added creating a flowing, large flounce.

A nude bodysuit is worn beneath the gown and a sheer mini-skirt has also been added from waist to thighs.

Gown has been gorgeously hand-painted with clusters of floral and filigree patterns added throughout the gown.

Each and every bouquet and filigree has been painstakingly covered in delicate hand-sewn beadwork of frosted white, crystal, and clear seed beads.

In addition, all these gorgeously beaded bouquets and filigree have been accented with sparkling genuine Swarovski crystal rhinestones in shades of metallic gold, mineral blue, opal sky blue, jonquil, and aurora borealis adding a subtle yet gorgeous array of color.

Unusual golden metallic bangles adorn with wrist and have been decorated with shimmering genuine Swarovski crystal rhinestones.

Decadent chandelier drop earrings in golden filigree feature dangling clear teardrops and rhinestones complete with genuine Swarovski crystal rhinestone studs.

Hair has also been richly adorned with golden wire and rhinestone branches which are worn on either temple.

Blonde hair has been custom heat permed, worn partially up with long, cascading tendrils.
