new york and new jersey residents are subject to sales tax.

ninimomo does not accept returns on sale or layaway delegates.

there is no return of money on delinquent layaways. all layaway down-payment is forfeited and delegate is put back on sales page.

it is the responsibility of the customer to be in contact with ninimomo should there be any delay in their payments as layaway.

layaway payments are to be made in monthly increments unless otherwise discussed.

10 day return on delegates (does not apply to layaway or sales delegates).

coupons/specials cannot be applied to already discounted delegates, coupons cannot be combined or redeemed for cash value.

ninimomo, under special circumstances, will take orders on personally commissioned dolls. a 1/3 non-refundable deposit is required before we begin work. we will discuss in detail all design issues with the client prior to placement of order.
