- please be reminded that our dolls are all
one-of-a-kind and sales are on a first come first serve basis.
- ninimomo
does not accept returns on sale or layaway delegates
- there is no return of money on delinquent
layaways. layaway down payment is forfeited and delegate is put back on sales
page.
- it is
the responsibility of the customer to be in contact with ninimomo should
there be any delay in their payments as
layaway payments are to be made in
monthly increments unless otherwise discussed.
- 10 day return on delegates (does not apply to
layaway delegates)
- coupons/specials cannot be applied to already
discounted delegates
- ninimomo,
under special circumstances, will take orders on
personally commissioned dolls. a 1/3
non-refundable deposit is required before we begin work.
we will, in detail, discuss all design issues with the
client prior to placement of order.
