• Miss East Timor wears a unique evening ensemble that blends haute-couture and the exotic with her two piece evening gown beginning with a long sleeve crop top.

• A navy blue sheer, long sleeve crop top has been gorgeously bedecked at cuffs and neck with delicate hand-sewn fringe of mixed metallic gold and silver seed beads and ball beads while a lame bandeau in both silver and gold covers breasts.

• Center of bandeau has been adorned with shimmering genuine Swarovski crystal rhinestones

• Bandeau has been edged along hem with hand-sewn beaded fringe in both silver and gold seed beads and ball beads.

• A form fitting sexy slim skirt in a navy crepe features subtle silver flecking throughout. Skirts thigh high left set slit has been lined in a rich, imported silver lame pleated silk.
