• A feminine ruffle adorns scoop neck of empire top and hand-sewn black sequins adorn front of empire bodice.

• Remainder of bodice is created from a rich tropical vintage floral pattern fabric which has been cinched and ruched through the torso to the drop waist.

• The large florals of the vintage material have been gorgeously outlined with hand-sewn rows of black charlotte cut seed beads.
