From the land of savanna, forest and mountains on the equator comes this tropical beauty in an exotic evening ensemble that is quintessentially “Africa”!
Miss Uganda is the absolute bomb in this super exotic strapless evening gown that is composed from bodice to shins of rich, 100% silk chiffon in a bold deep chocolate and ecru chevron print.
Silk has been gorgeously hand-beaded with matching chocolate translucent and iridescent tiny sequins with matching seed bead centers covering the chocolate portion of the chevron patterning.
At shins, gown flares slightly into a rich flounce of tiered feathers in chocolate and crème playing off silk’s rich chevron pattern with these unusually marked feathers.
Where silk meets feathered flounce, a billowy strip of ecru marabou tufts have been added which give way at behind to a decadent and highly dramatic feather train of same feathers as in flounce that pool along floor.
Remainder of feathers are all free-standing creating a dramatic and elegant display of plumage!
Several varying types of feathers have been used to create this train all of which play off colors and patterning of silk chevron body of gown.
Matching the gown’s dramatic display is a stunning headdress composed mainly of feathers playing off gown’s rich train in a plume that frames face and head majestically.
At back a diamond shaped appliqué made from gown’s rich silk has been hand-beaded and adorned with anchors of genuine Swarovski crystal bi-cones, and enameled chocolate ball beads.
Front of headdress consists of several spikes of mixed wood beads and genuine Swarovski crystal bi-cones in deep brown and sand.
Arms are bedecked with a dramatic display of beaded bracelets in mixed wood beads, seed beads and glass disc beads.
Drop earrings of unusual disc beads, wood beads, seed beads and genuine Swarovski crystal rhinestone.
Dark brown hair streaked with ash brown has been custom re-rooted by Raphael Estrada and worn in an extremely exotic braided flower style.
