The shining star of the Caribbean, a U.S. commonwealth and pageant powerhouse sends this delectable beauty in an evening gown of gorgeously complementing colors of green and pink.

Miss Puerto Rico wears a one strap evening gown of two tone silk taffeta in a deep champagne with lovely undertones of sage green.

Gown features ruched silk floral patterned chiffon that begins as shoulder strap, travels zigzag down gown ending just above right knee.

Ruched silk chiffon has been gorgeously covered in hand-sewn beadwork playing off silk’s floral motif in seed beads shades of pink, light amethyst, mauve, apple green, celery, and Kelly green.

Bodice has been smothered in fishscale hand-sewn beadwork of leaf green sequins with matching seed bead centers.

At hip area, an explosion of hand-sewn beadwork has been added in the form of seed beads and bugle chips, all in colors used for chiffon.

At right, silk chiffon billows out into a dramatic mini train of beautifully patterned pink silk chiffon attached at skirt via a hand-sewn antique rose charmeuse rosette and deconstructed rosette made from rich floral silk chiffon.

A long flowing panel of same floral silk chiffon emanates from back of overskirt and gathers in left arm majestically.

Hem of skirt has been adorned with hand-sewn deconstructed silk chiffon rosettes anchored via hand-sewn apple green seed bead clusters.

Right arm has been decadently fitted with dual mauve satin arm bands that has been accented with hand-sewn beadwork. Draping from arm bands are hand-sewn fringe strands of mixed bugle beads, Swarovski crystal bicones, seed beads and rich fabric flowers. Strands of hand-sewn beadwork also attach from one arm band to the other in.

Drop earrings of golden hoops and vintage leaves imported from South Africa.

Brown hair has been custom heat permed and worn in a full dramatic style of cascading curls.
