Miss New Orleans is stunning and exotic in her unusual strapless evening gown in black matte satin that has been adorned at bodice with a dramatic display of genuine peacock plumage atop a dual row of hand-sewn textured deep blue sequins layered with tiny turquoise sequins and teal seed bead centers.

This gives way to unusually styled evening gown that features a tight fit at torso then belling out through legs and tighten up once again at knees where it finishes off in a flared hem.

Body of gown has been absolutely smothered in painstakingly hand-sewn beadwork of tiny beads and sequins all in shades matching that of a peacock eye feather: turquoise, deep blue, teal, leaf green, iridescent taupe, golden green, black and emerald. A truly gorgeous display of hand-sewn beadwork!
