in a stunning evening gown in lovely Spring shades.

Miss North Carolina is searching for the crown in her stunning
evening gown that begins with her strapless evening gown decadently covered in
a rich pattern of floral and paisley work in shades of white, mint, lavender
and periwinkle.

Gown has been absolutely smothered in painstakingly hand-sewn
beadwork of seed beads playing off fabric’s rich pattern in orchid, lavender,
purple, pearl, mint and light sapphire.

Accompanying this lush evening gown is an unusual flowing silk
chiffon cape of the palest lilac.

Cape drapes openly around arms with tips twisting upwards
forming a halter style wrap at neck while panels of silk chiffon flow towards
ground.

At bodice edge and trailing across to cape and around back of
arms are delicate hand-sewn white fabric daisies centers with shimmering
hand-sewn spring green sequins and seed beads.
