Miss D.C. is hot in her sleeveless evening gown that begins with a tank top style bodice in red which has been absolutely smothered from straps to just above knees in painstakingly hand-sewn beadwork of tiny sequins and seed beads in a patterned combo of tomato red, red, and deep orange creating a gorgeous vertical patterning throughout extensive beaded gown.

At knees, flounce of gown has been created in a red stain that has been watercolor dipped to blend from lighter to dark and then has been overlaid with a sparkling crystalline organza.

Flounce is unusually created with its folded outside edging which attaches to gown’s body via pleating.

A wide band of tomato red satin attaches just below pleating and has been gorgeous covered in hand-sewn rows of translucent and iridescent deep orange sequins.
