• This small New England State, The Ocean State, sends one of its most beautiful representatives ever in an unusual color combination gown
• Strapless gown in gunmetal jacquard has been designed and absolutely covered in painstakingly hand sewn beadwork of alternating iridescent sky blue and iridescent lilac sequins all with matching centers
• Accompanying this gown is a long sleeved lilac evening coat of crystalline chiffon which features forearms in gunmetal lycra.
• Upper edge and cuffs of lycra have been finished with hand sewn rows of lilac and powder blue seed bead clusters
