From the festive island duo of Trinidad & Tobago, land of carnival comes this king of the parade decked out in an authentic celebratory costume to celebrate carnival!
TNT Ken rules carnival in his elaborate costume that begins with a dramatic cape in unusual turquoise 100% silk chiffon which has been sheened with a shimmering silver metallic finish.
Cape has been edged down both sides of front in a band of 100% silk taffeta in a two tone turquoise and bronze shade.
Band has been elaborately decorated with three rows of hand-sewn beadwork in sequins and seed beads in shades of bronze and turquoise.
Cape attaches at back to a crescent of same turquoise chiffon which has been covered in hand-sewn beadwork in bronze and turquoise.
This attaches to a dramatic carnival collar cut in a jagged shape depicting fire in same 100% silk taffeta in two tone turquoise and bronze.
Collars front has been gorgeously edged in three rows of hand-sewn beadwork in costume’s themed shades.
At front, a decadent collar in a “V” formation in same two tone silk taffeta has been beautifully covered in hand-sewn beadwork of mixed sequins and seed beads in turquoise, bronze and shimmering metallic silver and crystal.
A short sarong in 100% silk turquoise chiffon sheened with metallic silver finish features a belt of 100% silk taffeta which has been elaborately decorated with hand-sewn beadwork.
Beneath sarong, TNT Ken sports a pair of matching turquoise lame briefs.
Unusual and exotic arms bands and leg bands in 100% silk two tone taffeta have been richly embellished with hand-sewn beadwork.
Custom made genuine brown leather sandals also feature hand-beaded accenting.
TNT Ken wears a matching silk headband which has been decorated with hand-sewn beadwork and adorned with custom dyed strands of billowy ostrich feathers.
