Miss Windy City makes a strong impact in this one time only appearance of the sash “Windy City” in her retro inspired gown in palest peach and white.
Strapless gown in 100% silk pale peach brocade is super tight fitting to just below knees where it bellows out in an opulent mermaid flounce in white organza.
Silk brocade has been gorgeously covered in a scrolling pattern of hand-sewn pearlescent white sequins and matching seed beads.
In addition, scattered genuine Swarovski crystal rhinestones in pale peach and champagne aurora borealis have been added throughout, playing off the scrolling pattern.
Dramatic flounce of gown has been covered completely in a mix of heat cur organza ruffles in both peach and white as well as multiple tiny tufts of of mixed ostrich and marabou feathers, hand-sewn onto gown.
Enmeshed with the organza and feathers are short free-stranding hand-beaded fringe in seed beads with genuine Swarovski crystal bicones.

Miss Windy City carries a retro style purse in 100% silk charmeuse which has been bedecked with hand-sewn beadwork in pearl white with double hand-beaded straps.
Decadent jewelry adorns this beauty beginning with her genuine Swarovski crystal rhinestone flower earrings in pacific opal with matching rhinestone studs.
A dazzling necklace in silver tiny scallop shells feature a pendant of genuine Swarovski crystal rhinestone in heart shape form in pacific opal.
