Miss Windy City makes a strong impact in her Zuhair Murad inspired evening gown in classic black and silver
Strapless ball gown in 100% silk black charmeuse has been hand-painted with scallops throughout the gown.
Scallops have been painstakingly covered in hand-sewn beadwork of silver metallic sequins and seed beads.
Dazzling Swarovski crystal rhinestones have been added throughout scalloping.
Once beadwork has been complete, black tulle ruffles have been created and individually hand-sewn onto border of scallops
