A conical pattern of mixed rhinestone encrusted snowflake charms in silver and gold wrap asymmetrically down length of gown and fanning out along gown's flared hem.
Gown has been additionally covered in scattered  Swarovski crystal rhinestones and tiny snowflake charms.
