This gorgeous gown begins with a strapless bodice of 100% silk charmeuse in black that has been richly overlaid with a black lace.
Lace has been bedecked with trails of hand-sewn beadwork in tiny black sequins and seed beads.
Sweetheart cut accentuated with a border of rich, scalloped lace.
Bodice gives way to spectacular ball skirt consisting of 9 panels of 100% silk charmeuse in black that have been designed in shape to resemble butterfly wings.
All 9 panels have been custom hand-painted with a monarch butterfly winged pattern and each panel has been exquisitely and painstakingly hand-beaded with sequins and tiny seed beads in pale cornflower, sapphire and white.
Panels have been hand-sewn onto skirt’s base in two tiers, 5 on lower tier and 4 at top, all of which slightly over lay one another.
Beneath, layers of black tulle complete the look.
