Representing the historically rich, beautiful nation of Germany, in particular the colorful South of Germany, Bavaria, is the home for this traditionally clad Oktoberfest celebrator.
Bavarian Ken wears a traditional costume beginning with a classic white button down shirt featuring collar and cuffs.
Shirt has been fitted with matching white buttons down front and along cuffs.
An uber cool pair of custom made 100% genuine deep brown leather bundhosen is worn and features all the amazing detailing of the authentic.
Bundhosen feature grommets along hem tied with matching leather ties.
The classic bundhosen placket at crotch has also been created and edged in 100% silk charmeuse in gold.
Hand-sewn detailed filigree beadwork adorns placket in shades of white, silver, kiwi and pink.
Hand-sewn matching filigree beadwork adorns back, sides and front of bundhosen.
A classic deep green crepe coat accompanies the costume and features a genuine leather collar.
Flap pockets on jacket have been accented with hand-sewn dark brown seed beads.
Jacket has been decorated with burnished gold buttons down front and along wrists.
Custom made knee highs are worn with custom dyed brown hiking shoes.
A custom made Bavarian alpine hat in deep green felt features a matching deep green silk taffeta brim.
Adding to the authenticity of this alpine hat are traditional feathers and a custom painted Gamsbart.
Finally, what is Oktoberfest without Ken’s beer Stein. Not shown in the pictures is Bavarian Ken’s sterling silver beer stein which he carries.
