Miss Angola wears an intricate evening gown that begins with a strapless gown in silk charmeuse which features a deep, sexy opening at chest which has been covered in nude, sheer mesh.
Opening has been edged in Swarovski crystal rhinestones.
Hem of gown finished in a delicate Swarovski crystal rhinestone patterned border
Attaching to back of gown are two large, dramatic panel "wings" of silk charmeuse that attach to sides of gown.
Wing panels have been decorated in imported Indian metallic trim which has been smothered in mixed Swarovski crystal rhinestone elements and pearls. 
Framing the silk charmeuse wings is a ruched and pleated cylinder of sheer organza centered with a filigree charm covered in pearls, nailheads and Swarovski crystal rhinestones.
Coming from back of gown are two trails of flowing chiffon.
Sheer organza panels also adorn front of gown and on either side of wings are clusters of golden metallic leaves adorned in Swarovski crystal rhinestones.
