Miss Bolivia wears a unique evening gown that begins with a simple bandeau style top in chartreuse satin.
Center of bodice has been adorned with a hand-sewn topaz rhinestone floret.
Bandeau connects to an unusually paneled brown retro patterned jacquard skirt via a hand-sewn strand of chocolate seed beads. Skirt features a high triangular waist.
Skirt has been covered with elegant hand-sewn beadwork using the tiniest of charlotte cut seed beads in matching chocolate brown, playing off the skirt’s rich retro pattern.
In addition, hand-sewn clusters of chartreuse and jonquil seed beads have been scattered throughout gown as well.
A shimmering neckpiece of chartreuse satin has been smothered in mixed hand-sewn seed beads, Swarovski crystal rhinestone sequins, and genuine Swarovski crystal rhinestones all in shades of aurora borealis, topaz, jonquil and chartreuse.
Coming off back of neckpiece is the showpiece of the gown which is a dramatic cape of imported floral patterned chiffon from Japan in striking chartreuse and chocolate with turquoise accents.
