Miss DC 2003 wears an evening gown that begins with an asymmetrical one-shoulder top in rich puckered silk chiffon in a gorgeous paprika color that features an asymmetrical hem at hip as well.
Material offers the slightest of pin striping in silver lame threading.
Top has been smothered in hand-sewn beadwork consisting of paprika translucent and faceted sequins with matching seed bead centers as well as antique silver chip seed beads.
Back is gorgeous with its triangular cut out shoulder that attaches to front of gown via two stunning silver mesh metal bows.
