Miss Kenya is ravishing in her colorful evening gown that begins with a tomato red satin bodice that has been smothered in painstakingly hand-sewn beadwork consisting of beaded strands along both sides of top in yellow opaque seed beads.
Upper edge of bodice has been finished in hand-beaded strands of turquoise blue and Jet black seed bead rows.
Center of bodice is designed as a faux corset lined in hand-sewn beadwork of mixed tiny sequins and seed beads in Jet black.
Corset features lattice lacing up front in black ribbon string.
Playing off the Masai tribe native to the Kenyan area, Miss Kenya is bedecked with three hand-beaded necklet ruffs in varying sizes authentically finished in black, yellow, red and turquoise.
Bodice gives way to a decadent ball skirt in an asymmetrical style first beginning with an opaque tomato red chiffon.
Chiffon has been finished at edge in a thick panel of black matte satin which has been meticulously hand-beaded with three rows of layered sequins and seed beads in gown’s themed shades.
Beneath this panel of chiffon, a fuller dual skirting finishes off and fills out the ball skirt in sheer red chiffon overlaid upon rich golden yellow satin creating a fiery orange effect.
