Ohio sends this retro couture Diva in a gown inspired by Christian Dior's 1948 Spring/Summer collection.
Miss Ohio wears a classic gown beginning with a bodice of black silk taffeta complete with a fold over silk charmeuse panel at edge and a matte satin border in an icy pale turquoise.
Blue satin has been bordered in delicate, tiny pearls and Swarovski crystal rhinestones while running along center of panel are golden charms surrounded in Swarovski crystal rhinestones and alternating tiny pearl and gold flower charms.
A black silk organza belt at waist features a bow at back. 
Ball skirt in layer upon layer of black tulle features a silk taffeta underskirt and another panel of matte icy blue turquoise satin.
This panel, like bodice's panel has been bedecked the same with Swarovski crystal rhinestones, pearls, gold charms, and gold and pearl flowers. 
Accompanying the gown is a matching coat in icy blue turquoise satin, made to fall perfectly atop the ball gown with multiple pleats and fullness.
Coat features 3/4 flared sleeves with folded cuffs and a folded collar.
Coat has been beautifully enhanced along faux pockets, folded cuffs, collar and entire border in tiny pearls, Swarovski crystal rhinestones, pearl and gold flower charms.
