From the land of the Incas famed for its lost city as well as it’s many other wonders such as the Nasca lines and Machu Picchu, Peru also boasts this stunning delegate in one of NiniMomo’s most complex gown creations to date!
Miss Peru wears a replica ensemble of Miss Costa Rica Universe 2004’s National Costume in red crepe which has been painstakingly designed with multiple panels of ruffled panels along flared hem. Definitely one of the more complex gown’s we’ve created!
Gown begins in red crepe with delicate hand beaded crisscross back straps in matching red seed beads.
Deep plunging neckline is covered at lower edge in several tiered rows of hand-sewn alternating red and garnet seed bead strands.
Gown is unusual with it’s beadwork which has been adorned down both sides of gown. Hand-sewn petals of seed beads begin in light shades of salmon, then red, garnet, lilac and plum.
Very detailed flounce of gown is created via panels of ruffled crystalline and regular chiffon in shades of sparkling red, salmon, palest orchid, plum, pink and basic red. Four detailed panels have been added to flounce, each containing five vertical panels of double ruffled chiffons!!!! – E-X-Q-U-I-S-I-T-E.
Miss Peru’s cape, another painstakingly detailed accessory begins with arm bands of diamond cut red crepe each closed at top via clusters of hand-sewn red seed beads.
Emanating from these arm bands are at least three dozen spiraled strips of mixed chiffons in same shades matching gown!
Cape is backed with two wider panels of matching red flowing chiffon.
Drop earrings and necklaces of mixed seed beads, Czech crystal beads in red, and genuine Swarovski crystal rhinestone sequins for studs in Rose color.
