Hem is also finished in dual rows of Swarovski crystal rhinestones and Swarovski pearls.
A dramatic standing portrait collar in same silk charmeuse has been edged in individually created and hand applied clusters of ostrich feathers. 
In addition, dual rows of both Swarovski crystal rhinestones and Swarovski crystal pearls have been added.
A full ball skirt in unique, metallic, woven silk blends from pastel shade to pastel shade.
Dual panels of of dotted tulle decorate the skirt, creating an interesting pattern.
These panels have been covered in hundreds upon hundreds of large and small flower charms in shades of pastel, all of which are centered with Swarovski crystal rhinestones.
