Miss Sicily wears a strapless dress in lavender satin that has first been adorned in mixed fabric flowers throughout.
Sitting atop these fabric flowers and throughout entire dress are hundreds upon hundreds of tiny flowers which include clusters of roses, frangipani, perriwinkles, daisies and others in a rainbow of soft color.
Included throughout gown are leaves of in white and multiple shades of green. 
Overlaid upon this ornate dress is a delicate layer of tulle.
Waist has been adorned with a simply velvet ribbon belt with bow at back.
