Miss Sri Lanka wears an exotic two piece evening ensemble that begins with a bandeau top in a rich embroidered deep orange patterned silk rich in sequins.
Top is hand beaded in a multitude of colored seed beads using sapphire, violet, two tone lime/pumpkin, and citrine shades. Sequin work in orange and iridescent orange.
A hip hugging skirt of same rich material is also hand-beaded in same shades as top complete with sequin work. Skirt also features deep pumpkin bugle beads scattered throughout pattern of silk. 
Two ornate burnished gold floral and filigree charms attach at top and bottom of bandeau rich with fiber optic coloring. Charms feature matching burnished gold chain that creates straps which cross around neck and back at top, dangling at back with accents of crystal cut beads.
