From historical Turkey, land of the Ottoman Empire comes our Turkish Ken suitably bedecked in a traditional costume worn during the Ottoman Empire.

Our Turkish Ken wears a costume that begins with ornate shirt of 100% silk charmeuse complete with a center panel in Chinese silk lame brocade.

Shirt has been richly hand-beaded and features hand-sewn gold clusters as “closures”

Shirt also features long sleeves, silk piping and a high collar.

A silk charmeuse cummerbund gives ways to flared “genie” pants in same silk charmeuse.

Ken wears an authentic Ottoman coat in red suedette that features open flared sleeves and is lined in Chinese golden brocade.

Coat has been exquisitely accented with hand-sewn beadwork in burnished gold sequins.

Imported Indian metallic bouillon has been hand-sewn onto coat as well along front, sleeves and lower portion.

Inner Chinese brocade lining on sleeves have also been bedecked with hand-sewn beadwork.

An Ottoman hat in matching red suedette has been beautifully beaded in hand-sewn vertical rows of deep maroon seed beads and is adorned with a gold and rhinestone emblem at front complete with four golden metal feathers.

Beneath hat is a white silk charmeuse turban

Around his neck Turkish Ken carries the sheath for his scimitar which has been bedecked with rhinestones and nailheads.

Scimitar as well has been accented in genuine Swarovski crystal rhinestones.

Camel colored genuine leather “genie” shoes, custom made, are adorned with hand-sewn accents of beads and imported Indian metallic bouillon

Ken features custom black flocked eyebrows, mustache and goatee
